Ekin-Su Cülcülolu and Davide Sanclimenti are planning to live together.

Nearly three months after winning the popular reality show, Ekin-Su Cülcülolu and Davide Sanclimenti have revealed that they are moving in together.

On Thursday, the Turkish model and actress and the “Italian stallion” announced they are engaged (20 October).

Following their overwhelming August victory on the ITV show, the happy pair has been keeping their followers up to date on their lives together via various social media platforms.

Over the course of a candlelit dinner, Sanclimenti, then 27, asked Cülcülolu, then 28, whether she would want to move in with him.

Cülcülolu tweeted a snapshot of a tiramisu dessert with the words “Moving in?” written in chocolate sauce on top of it.

Davide completely blew me away! The lease has been signed,” she wrote.

The company founder shared a film on his Instagram Story in which Cülcülolu happily accepts his proposal and kisses him.

He penned, “The start of a glorious new chapter.”

The ups and downs of the couple’s relationship as shown on Love Island won the show’s audience over.

Many viewers found it entertaining to see how their fervent characters contrasted and complemented one another, often leading to heated arguments that have since been immortalised in meme form.

Last week, Cülcülolu told OK! Magazine that “it isn’t simple” to maintain a relationship while in the spotlight.

She stated, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned in this relationship, it’s the importance of trusting your partner, especially when you’re in the public glare.

To emphasise, “especially when people will manufacture rumours or say things, or they see things, or things could look different from a picture. All it takes is open dialogue, mutual trust, and discretion to create a successful romantic partnership.

The couple will be visiting each other’s hometowns in Italy and Turkey as part of a new ITV2 programme called Homecomings.

Sanclimenti will show his lady around Verona, then they’ll drive through the Tuscan countryside and catch a flight to Istanbul.

From there, Cülcülolu will take him on an eight-hour road trip to her home hamlet in Odemis, where she will introduce him to people she met during her acting career in Turkey.
